Terrance A. Nemec, CPA 

Terry is originally from Midland, South Dakota and is a current resident of Dell Rapids, SD.  He graduated from the University of South Dakota with a B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting Major.

Terry spent the first 19 years of his career with a national CPA firm working in offices at Pierre, Rapid City and Sioux Falls, SD.  In September 2003 he joined the CPA firm KMWF & Associates, PC, as a shareholder with offices located in Dell Rapids and Sioux Falls, SD.  Having left KMWF & Associates, he founded Nemec & Associates which opened for business in November 2007.

LaQuita Burnette             

LaQuita is our office manager.  She is originally from Mission, South Dakota and has lived in the Sioux Falls area since 2002.  LaQuita graduated with a Business Management degree from the University of Sioux Falls.  She started her accounting career working for Terry 6 years ago and recently completed the QuickBooks certification course and exam.
